Become a founding partner

Help shape the technology that helps shape your vineyard.

The Aurelia Early Access Partner Programme is for Italian vineyards who want a deeper relationship with the technology, the data and the team behind it. As a founding partner, you get earlier access, preferential commercials, and a direct voice in how Aurelia evolves.

Who the programme is for

We are looking for vineyards in Italy that fit the following profile:

  • Located in any Italian wine region.
  • Between 10 and 200 hectares under vine.
  • Currently making limited or no use of in-field technology.
  • Run by an owner or manager who recognises the role technology will play in responding to economic and environmental pressure.
  • Willing to work with our team to deploy and test the technology and to give us meaningful feedback.

How we work together

The programme follows the Aurelia Way, our five-stage approach to precision viticulture. As a founding partner, you experience each stage with our team and have a direct voice in how it evolves.

Assess and Acquire

We start with a comprehensive evaluation of your vineyard, business and goals. We then install the appropriate sensor network and complete vineyard mapping, creating the digital foundation that everything else builds on.

Analyse

Aura AI begins ingesting and modelling your data, drawing on the wider partner network as it grows. We share early reporting with you and refine the models with your feedback.

Act and Adapt

Together we put the recommendations into practice, capture what worked and what did not, and adapt the models for your terroir and varieties. Your real-world expertise feeds directly into how Aurelia improves, season after season.

What founding partners receive

  • Vineyard Mapping at preferential rates.
  • IoT Sensor hardware and installation at a substantial discount.
  • A selection of hardware and software at no charge, in exchange for ongoing feedback.
  • Earliest access to Aura AI as it rolls out through 2026, ahead of general release.
  • Direct technical support from the Aurelia team.
  • Regular product roadmap briefings and a direct channel to influence development.
  • Recognition as a founding partner in our communications, with your permission.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is the Early Access Partner Programme?

It is a structured partnership for Italian vineyards interested in helping shape and benefit from technology built exclusively for viticulture. Partners get priority access to our products as they develop, ahead of general release, and a direct line to the team.

  • Who can participate?

Vineyards in Italy, between 10 and 200 hectares under vine, currently making limited or no use of in-field technology, and run by an owner or manager who is open to working closely with us during the development of the technology.

  • Is there a cost to join the programme?

There is no fee to join. We provide the IoT sensor hardware and installation at a substantial discount, and a smaller selection of equipment is provided free of charge in exchange for ongoing feedback. All early-access partners receive complimentary support throughout the programme.

  • What does the programme provide?

A deployment of IoT sensors (soil moisture, weather, canopy temperature and vine health), Vineyard Mapping, the software platform to view and act on your data, early access to Aura AI as it rolls out through 2026, dedicated technical support, regular product briefings, and a direct channel to influence the roadmap.

  • How long does the programme run for?

Founding partner status is initially for the first 18 months from onboarding. After that, partners transition into long-term commercial arrangements on preferential terms.

  • Who owns the data, and how is it protected?

Your raw vineyard data is yours, always. Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to improve the Aura AI models that benefit every partner. We never share identifiable vineyard data without your explicit permission. Data is hosted on EU infrastructure and complies with GDPR.

  • What is the time commitment from my team?

Lighter than you might expect. Most of the work is ours. We ask for a short monthly check-in (around 30 minutes) and an end-of-season review. Beyond that, we are around when you need us and out of your way when you do not.
