These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Aurelia Technology Consulting Ltd (“Aurelia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including aureliatech.it and aureliatech.co.uk (together, the “Websites”).
By accessing or using our Websites, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Websites.
These Terms apply to the Websites only. Use of the Aura AI web application and any subscription services is governed by separate terms of service, which are provided at the point of registration.

Aurelia Technology Consulting Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We develop an integrated precision-viticulture platform for vineyards comprising vineyard mapping, IoT sensors, AI-powered analytics (Aura AI), and drone surveying.

Our Websites are made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Websites, or any content on them, will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Websites for business and operational reasons.

“Aura AI”, “Aura”, and “Aurelia” are trading names of Aurelia Technology Consulting Ltd. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval, unless they form part of material you are using as permitted under section 6 above.
8. No Reliance on Information
The content on our Websites is provided for general information purposes only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from taking, any action on the basis of the content on our Websites.
Where our Websites contain information about vineyard management, climate data, or agronomic practices, this is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional agronomic advice. We recommend consulting a qualified agronomist or viticulture professional for decisions that may materially affect your vineyard operations.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Websites, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Websites is accurate, complete, or up to date.
9. Early Access and Registration Forms
Our Websites include forms (the Early Access Partner Programme application, the contact form, and the newsletter signup) that allow you to express interest in working with Aurelia. By submitting any of these forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Submission of the Early Access form does not guarantee admission to the Programme.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Early Access application at our sole discretion. Information submitted through these forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to our Websites or any content on them, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

- Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Websites
- Any interruption or cessation of the Websites
